When exiting a layby on a busy dual carriageway, you wait for a good space and accelerate quickly to match the oncoming traffic. Unless you're this idiot, who pulls out right in front of a lorry which is being over taken. Thankfully I had the insight to see what this idiot was about to do, but was still only inches from taking them out. A danger to everyone.
