Despite not wearing a seatbelt, the bus driver managed to wait patiently even longer.
The reason why he wasn't wearing a seatbelt properly because he was taking a break.

Iv seen this guy before and his van at other metal scrap places unloading catalysts.. definitely suspicious , especially with this added behaviour .
