Yes, that's actually parked at a Give Way for a chicane, blocking a driveway, all after driving past 75m of off road parking! They could have parked just 3 metres back in the parking bay! FFS!

Room to park in road but left car unattended for over an hour parked on corner/double yellows with sign right next to them!
