Ran a red light out of McDonalds, drove at over 60mph in a 30, weaving in and out of traffic. Then slowed below 20mph swerving all over the road not allowing anything past. Then tried to cause a crash by emergency stopping. Then when in traffic went onto the opposite carriage way passing 4 no over take islands nearly colliding with oncoming vehicles. Then nearly collided with a vehicle when returning to the correct side of the road. Then at traffic lights got out of vehicle and started punching cars blocking the entire road. Then sped off again exceeding 60mph in a 30. Clearly high. Shouldn’t be driving.

Dangerous pervert on the road doesn’t give way at roundabouts and doesn’t use the correct lane.
Almost caused an accident at Mill Farm roundabout in Wesham near Kirkham. Seems to barge out or manoeuvre without consideration for other road users.
