Smoky! Smoke out the back so bad you can't see the rear number plate when he puts his foot down. Two photos attached a second or so apart - one where he accelerates and smoke pours out, when where he's not accelerating. It's a black Chevrolet of some description. It shouldn't be on the road.

Leaves 4 car spaces gap in traffic queue so you'd think he'd broke down, then when you overtake he decides to tailgate then rev his engine constantly (ooh maybe he was having problems with his car). Can't keep it in lane. Seems like a faulty car, I'd take it back.
