Just witnessed the driver of BU67 PVP open his door on to my brand new BMW, parked in the Holiday Inn, Norwich.
Unfortunately, he drove off before I was able to speak with him.

yep, thats legal and called filtering. The cars simply have to turn the steering wheel left. It isnt hard. The biker wouldnt have to fit past you if you were using the bus instead of blocking the road up by driving then complaining youre stuck in traffic. You ARE the traffic. Get the bus, and move over to let bikers past.
