First off runs a red light. Later on near Lancs Uni this driver has been doing the speed limit just fine but when the lanes split in to 2 (s)he pulls in the right lane & drops the speed to about 35mph.
I think maybe they'll turn off at the uni but no they carry on, overtaking absolutely nothing at all because they've reduced their speed.
I maintain speed & am now level with their rear bumper. The 2 lanes are about to go back to 1 lane & this driver then floors it & pulls back across.
Very strange behaviour. You ok?

If you are going to drive like a c*nt, you could at least indicate to save people pulling out in front of you when you're going round the outside of a roundabout to push in.
