Middle Aged man driving this black Range Rover clearly has some anger issues. Can’t handle being behind a car at any given moment of time. Has to over take, under take and cut people up, whatever it takes to be in front and get to a destination 10 seconds earlier than the frightened driver he’s left behind. Foul mouthed bully.
