Grey BMW. Made an extremely unsafe pass over a traffic light junction, within 100 yards of a school. Must have been going at least 40 in a 30 zone.
Drives like an absolute spanner. Needs to be taken off the road before he kills someone.

Drove with no lights on in the fog and when it was somewhat dark

Driven by a blonde lady presumably named Mel. Seems incapable of comprehending speeds over 35mph, perhaps she just enjoys looking at hedges.
On the bright side she does know how to use the indicator (as evidenced) but apparently employs it indiscriminately.
Looking for danger where there is none!
