This guy with his baseball cap and bodywarmer on, driving along clearly holding his phone out in front of him as he scrolls away in slow moving traffic.

Ford Ranger so already the expectations are low. Blocking a service road, and the vehicle has the most chavtastic LED lights flashing and swirling all over the back. Don't know if that's standard for some models or if they've had them fitted, but it looks like council estate sh¡te.
