This guy clearly believes he owns the road. Doesn't bother with give way just drives through. Nearly smacked into side of me by blasting through a give way.
Of course he made it everybody else's problem and he wasn't in the wrong, of course.
Be careful if see him and keep your distance. Dangerous.
