@1640 on 17/3 in Fleet, Hampshire. Using horn whilst stationary in car park. Using a horn to distract pedestrian on narrow pavement. Using a mobile phone whilst engine running. Waiting on double yellow lines during times of operation. Clearly in contravention of a number of Road Traffic Acts and Road Traffic Regulations.

Ostentatious chavvy drug dealer type individual in what is a leased Ferrari GTC4 Lusso (you know that because the only reason someone buys the V8 over the V12 version is because the monthly payments are lower) with his phone to his ear on Princess Parkway in Manchester today. He also has his front number plate guess where? On the dashboard inside. Classic Chav. Nice blue wrap though - it’s supposed to be black as per the DVLA.
