Waiting on double yellow lines during times of operation. Clearly in contravention of a number of Road Traffic Acts and Road Traffic Regulations.

He also has his front number plate guess where? On the dashboard inside. Classic Chav. Nice blue wrap though - it’s supposed to be black as per the DVLA.
