The driver of this Volvo pulled out from a side road into passing traffic without giving way and sped towards traffic lights.
Further on where there were traffic lights at roadworks and he was way down in the queue, immediately the traffic started moving he moved over to the right hand side of the road to commit himself to going through the lights while others in front stayed in the left lane until they got to the lights in case the lights turned red before they got there.
When the lights turned red these in front stopped in the left lane but BD72WMY being in the right kept going past them and jumped a red light as well as queue barged.
Further on between Warton and Lytham in the 50 zone he overtook a stream of traffic at excessive speed as well.
Don’t trust motorists who move over to pass the temporary traffic lights at road works long before they reach the lights as their intention is to get through even if the lights are on red.

The DVLA website says the car is registered SORN, so should not even be being driven on a public road, let alone pushing their way through on roundabouts and driving at excess speed in a residential area The matter of being declared SORN and driven on the road has been reported to DVLA.
