Driver was going 30mph in a 50mph zone, then sped up during an over taking maneuver, almost causing a collision then proceeded to go on his phone at 50mph and swore at myself, holding down his horn. The overtaking maneuver was carried out on a designated part of the road.

This guy hasd hit and crashed my car on 30/11/18 in the morning on the ring road. I was getting off it and he was going onto the ring road whilst he was speeding. Also he had the decency to say I was at fault when you are meant to give way to the driver that is coming off the ring road.
