Today at approx. 3pm on the Hinckley perimeter road, near Morrisons, this driver whilst using a roundabout nearly impacted with a moped user, really bizarre, because they had followed the moped user for some distance at a low speed prior to this incidence. It would appear that in their to 'get passed' the moped (overtake on a roundabout) they forgot all about situation awareness. They then sped off at speed, fully aware of the near miss.

I had the right of way driving up a hill. Driver stopped van and turned off engine. As I didn't respond to moving myself, driver exited van and approached my car and tried entering by opening up both doors. Lucky they was locked. Tanned male, Foreign language spoke. Beware

Punishment pass, coming past very fast and very close while I was cycling. 4x4 SUV black Mercedes. Prescot, Liverpool.
