In this footage I can, by my estimation, see two or three police officers at least, who appear to witness this activity. I do not recall seeing them do anything about it however as stated I may be wrong, which is why I'm asking for clarification.

I rate them a dangerous asshat! An old vid, but since this site rates drivers......
I'm cycling down a steep hill, so I'm doing near the 30mph speed limit. There's a car parked ahead, so after shoulder checking, I move out to overtake it. BH04DEN doesn't want to wait a few seconds, puts his foot down and endangers myself by nearly clipping me, also coming very close to the black car coming in the opposite direction. I had to swerve out of BH04DEN 's way. If I'd hit the deck at that speed, it would have been messy!

Reported with video footage to police- Driving down M11 drag racing 3/3/19 at 12:30. Occupying all three lanes with other scumbags. Slowing down to 40 mph and take my off at some sort of speed in their banger.
