Just seen a Renault Clio hit the roundabout at the end of the M66 Rawtenstall at about 80mph thankfully it didn’t hit anything else apart from the chevron signs, they drove off towards Rammy/Bury. Police say the number plate doesn’t come up on their systems. BJ67 UMG
