Utter idiot. Aggressive driving and brake checking 1st Feb 2017 which nearly caused an accident. Your driving (with video) has been reported to the police.
I was following this car the other day! He pulled away very slowly? His car probably isn't very quick ha! But as he pulled away I noticed that he was watching stars in there eyes with all that smoke in the car ! He needs to get this looked at asap
This absolute demic is dangerous to all road users but more importantly himself. His clear lack of mental capabilities stretch as far as overtaking in stand still traffic. With no regard for pedestrians walking across the road at red lights. The pavement was also his obvious favourite place to drive his Mercedes like a t*** as he mounted it twice in the space of a mile to gain ground on the traffic. Ban this wan*** from the roads and especially ban him from leaving his special home.
