Big arrow in the lane approaching roundabout - left for straight on, right for motorway. Approaches to go straight on, moves far right to then go to the motorway & then shifts back left as I'm about to pass to go straight on.
Later on he still can't keep in the lane.

Kia Proceed GT-Line completely ignoring the temp lights Garstang crossroads which are on red. Nearly gets taken out by a pickup truck who's lights are on green.
