Nice van man on the A1m lane giving on a 2 lane carriageway doing 40. Moves over only to gawp at an accident so he can slow even more then swerve back to lane 2 to annoy more proper drivers. Should be locked up.

Driver on phone. Nearly knocked cyclists into side of road when passing too closely.
