Nice van man on the A1m lane giving on a 2 lane carriageway doing 40. Moves over only to gawp at an accident so he can slow even more then swerve back to lane 2 to annoy more proper drivers. Should be locked up.

Absolute total and utter moron. Drives at 60 plus miles in 30 zone, constantly speeding, handbrakes round corners has a frigging stupid backfiring exhaust. He and his mate race around till gone one am daily. Police do zero about it .
