Somebody please take away his car!! I was signalling to go left from a ONE WAY STREET and this baboon revved his engine and flew past me down the ONE WAY STREET I hope you can take his license away so he does not cause a crash!!

Crashed into a house had to call 999 but kept going and ran 3 red lights then attemped to crash another house and ran over my cat. Get this guy off the road
