I rate good driver because I was walking across the street when a car came speeding through, he couldn't see me, but deji was there, and he beeped at the car, saving my life.

This driver is extraordinary! He follows every law possible that I could think of. He stops for pedestrians, he lets people in the lane, he stayed within the speed limit, and he didn't show off due to his, so called "flashy car."
