11/09/15 @ 09:48. BMW X5 female white driver, blonde hair. Monks path hall road then Princes Way, Solihull carried on to Churchill Road. Driving behind me using phone or something similar below dashboard. Came up to me too fast when stopped at traffic lights and then carried on looking/ using phone. Didn't notice that the lights had changed proving undue car and attention.
