Thinks it perfectly ok to speed up behind you, tailgating you whilst in traffic, flash his headlight, keep leaning on his horn whilst gesticulsting and shouting at you because you are doing 30 in a 30 with a great big red double decker bus in front of you, then decided it would be great fun to continue to do this to you as you take random side roads to get away from him, following a lone female trying to get them to pull over is not funny and not clever and will only see you reported to the police. Intimidating women clearly is the order of the day for this bell end
