Driving through Bishopsgate, London whilst looking at his mobile phone. The roads were very busy and there were people and cyclist everywhere yet he spent most of the time looking down at his phone (I was able to see as was on the bus driving alongside)

watch out very dangerous driver attempted a cash for crash scam on me at perton lights wolverhampton tonight 9/12/15 then kept braking hard on the wergs road towards yewtree lane then turned sharply into wrekin lane without indication, beware everyone this driver is dangerous.
