Appalling driving. Drives an Audi and thinks they are king of the road. 90+ on a dual carriageway, repeated undertaking and general aggressive driving. Absolute moron that will end up killing someone one day no doubt.
Pedestrian should have also been more aware. Never assume you've been seen or that anyone will stop. Not blaming the pedestrian, but you can be right all you want..you need to read the road.
