Michael, read my post again I dropped back! I overtook him in the first instance on the inside lane as the car infront of him had stalled. He then got all aggressive trying to overtake me when the road was merging into one lane! I did nothing but hold my speed and stay in my lane he bullied me into slowing down to let him past by driving inches away from my car and causing me to veer to the left which is when I let him past!! He then slammed on his breaks purposefully to make me crash into the back of him! The guy was an idiot and a dangerous driver!
One of the other posts reminds me of when I used to own a BMW M5 around 10 years ago. Because I did a high mileage I never used to thrash it around due to the expense otherwise I got sub 20 mpg instead of 40mpg. Strange thing was that hardly any other BMW drivers bothered me, quite a lot were even hesitant to overtake.
What does that tell you? Probably that no one likes to be a loser .
Sometimes people make honest mistakes, which this appears to be.. is it really worth the time and effort to post? I think all it does is risk portraying our society as a bunch of pedantic people who revel in other people's misfortune. And anyone who says they don't make mistakes is living in cloud cuckoo land. Plus, focussing on this stuff just causes stress.. tomorrow is another day; who's to know someone like this could bring you good fortune or save someone's life? Live and let live in this instance I think. Thanks for reading.
