i saw him throwing his cigarette packet out side his window while driving and i was behind him at woodgreen he could have distracted another driver.

I saw this driver accelerating on the A12 above the speed limit overtaking many vechicles if I wasn’t alert and careful a major accident could have taken place. Something must be done he’s a terrible and reckless driver

at this time he was driving trying to over take me without me giving him way on the cambridge roundabout
