The driver had plenty of time to stop for the lights. The red car ahead of him managed to. I thought he might be turning left which would have been bad enough but he went straight ahead across a large main junction and nearly got collected by the van turning right.

Old guy 70's / 80's bald head / beard who clearly should no longer be driving.
After pulling out in front of me (I let it go, mistakes happen) proceeded to drive at 30mph on a 60mph road with car wandering all over the place. No chance for anyone to overtake due to volume of traffic.
We then come to a T-junction and he once again pulls out in front of someone.
I'b be suprised if he made it home!
What's worrying is he had a hi-vis jacket which suggest he may be on his way home from work.
