Careless driving on Dawbers Lane, Euxton, Chorley. Rather ignorant on space need to overtake cyclists, that hardly 1.5 metres. Half a metre more like!

Driver of this vehicle just (very) close passed our shop owner up Sheen Lane. She politely confronted him at traffic lights, mentioned new HC.
He responded by leaning out of window and punching her in the face.
