Parked in the entrance / middle lane of the taxi pick up / drop off area at Piccaddilly station Manchester - preventing cars / taxis from entering. This left many stood in the pooring rain unable to get in the many taxis queued behind her, including a group of pensioners. This is an emergency vehicle - seen going through a red light WITHOUT its blues and twos on - which I’m pretty sure is illegal.
Worst thing was - there was a police car right at the side of it !
