Driving in a 20mph zone at 20mph in Birchgrove, Swansea. Silver Transporter overtook at excessive speed whilst approaching a side junction.

Witnessed this driver in an attempted hit and run in Keynsham BS31. Driver tried to ram moped driver off scooter on Ashton Way, behind Keynsham high street then proceeded to chase him in this car down temple street going appox 55mph in 20mph zone then down dapps hill and up the small lane onto St. Clements Road.
Driver was Male Asian ethnicity, dark hair.
Police are now investigating.

This driver pulled out in front of car narrowly missing the car. Then proceeded to break check me on park road Keynsham (BS31) then doing the same on rock road in Keynsham. Watch out for this driver, probably just pissed off as he has to drive a Citroen.
