Granted he's elderly but it seems as if he didn't give a toss about the ambulance there.
This dangerous tailgater was in a Vauxhall speeding and getting much too close - but it comes up as a Volkswagen.
Beware of this Vauxhall as there will be reasons for the driver to be using false number plates.
