There are two generous size disabled parking bays in the council car park immediately behind M&S in monnow street, Monmouth. Did you really need to park on the centre line of these spaces, using both of them? Your parking ability is terrible, your car looked like it had been abandoned in the parking bays.

Lunatic woman hogging right lans of dual carriage way driving at 60mph in a 70, waving arms about like some crazy person, and then suddenly decided to brake test on a busy dual carriageway proceeded while driving to take photo of my car and then at the nest round a bout she deliberately came to a stop and wouldn't move and kept staring in her rear review mirror then began to edge forward and then stop even though it was clear

Death Threat.
The driver of this car was aggressive and bullying in heavy traffic conditions this morning. I heard someone on their horn and wasn't sure who it was or why, and then realised it was this driver and it was aimed at me whilst stuck in traffic at a junction.
The driver then did something very disturbing, on more than one occasion he pulled up along side my car and used his fingers as a gun mimicking shooting me. I have seen angry and frustrated drivers before swear and use other hand signals, this however, was a calculated threat in the form of using a weapon. I believe that this driver is unstable and potentially very dangerous, please avoid.
