No clue how to drive.. drives at 35 for mile upon mile no matter the limit. Puts lights up on high beam as vehicles approach and then dips after being flashed. At the last second they put their headlights back in high blinding the oncoming traffic. Every vehicle driving towards this driver now has burn marks in the rear of their eyes thanks to this moron. Absolutely clueless...
