This moron was doing 15mph in a 30 area and when I tried to overtake he veered over to the on-coming side of the road to stop me. At the next oppurtunity I tried to overtake again and he accelerated to 50 mph leaving me on the wrong side of the road again. This sort of psycho needs putting away.
