Witnessed him driving whilst very drunk, stopped in a petrol station to purchase more beer then reversed into my car. He sped off whilst I was calling the police to report the incident and the fact that he was clearly paralytic,

A fat bloke with a snapback and a vest on driving like a nutcase. Overtaking cars going at the speed limit, went through 2 red lights and throwing rubbish out the car window
Update - Since been told by somebody else in Wigan they had the same experience with this car overtaking them for travelling at a safe speed to then have silver astra CX54 PYL slam on in front of them and tell him to ‘Go go and die’ as well as more vile words...ps Turns out this isnt a fat bloke....its a fat lesbian named ‘Steph’
