Stupid driver. Drives slower than should be, swerves INTO cars, poor spacial awareness, breaks unnecessarily, hazard to oncoming traffic!!!

Reported as not giving way to traffic on an island despite horn being sounded forcing car with right of way to brake to avoid a collision. Caught up with them and insisted they did not need to give way to traffic on the right. Obviously needs to read Highway Code and retake Driving Test.
