Saw this car parked in McDonald's car park with about 6 seemingly underage girls crowded around it. I think I even saw one sneak out the boot. He then proceeded to rev his little engine in a desperate attempt to 'swoon' the young (very young) ladies.

This van, belonging to Vaughan's Appliances at Haverfordwest just pulled out onto the A40 at Slebech into a stream of 60mph traffic causing five vehicles in front of me to brake sharply to avoid a collision.
The driver then proceeded to drive along the A40 as far a Pemblewin roundabout at 40 to 50 miles per hour. The van meandered in the eastbound lane and crossed into the westbound carriageway on a number of occasions. It was clear that the driver was distracted from driving the vehicle and the nature of driving was typical of someone texting on a phone or under the influence of alcohol.
