Was driving about a foot off the bumper of a Passat in a 60 going towards Aberystwyth aggressively trying to push him to go faster! Overtook me at speed and almost clipped the back end! Then overtook the Passat and did it to the next car! Shameful driving off a car with a disability badge with ramps in!
