This van tried to dump 2 dogs on Bluebell Hill Chatham today, but was stopped by another motorist. He eventually let them back in the van and drove off, Probably to dump somewhere else.

Tried to push me off the road so she can overtake me at a pinch point while I was doing 25mph in a 30 zone. I refused her "request" and shouted at her to stay away, which upset her. When she overtook later, she and her passenger shouted obscenities at me, which unfortunately I returned. In response she tried to run into me and I had to rescue myself by mounting the pavement, ruining my rim in the process. Dangerous woman which should not be allowed to drive.
