seen doing an illegal U-Turn on Cypres Drive St Mellons along with 5 others in a convoy. The police should park up at the junction and book every single one of them. I have uploaded my dashcam footage as i was waiting patiently at the junction as they all made illegal moves.

Typical idiot council (this comment has nothing to do with the lorry, bye the way). That sign looks like an advert, so it will be frequently ignored, and the important part is in smaller writing.
It should just be a simple sign:

My church group and I were visiting the UK to help some of the members gain a better understanding of the wider world. The owner of this vehicle drove past our bus BACKWARDS!! He was shouting words that I do not ever want to repeat, but rest assured he has bought his ticket to hell and will surely be cashing it in soon. He was clearly under the influence of something - certainly the devil if not alcohol and/or a doobie. I preach to my congregation that love is the only way - but the world would be a better place if this man was dead.
