What a moron. Why not just let the other car turn round and both be on their merry, the cammer was the biggest hazard here.
Or better yet, do the above but actually see if the other driver is actually OK as they might have just HAD an incident

I abhor school finish times.. it takes me 3x longer to get anywhere and it's so dangerous with entiled mothers and other parents NOT paying attention.
