I personally watched this car on 24/04/22 at 4:00pm in the West End car park in Fort William.
Absolutely atrocious driving, narrowly missed hitting someone walking with a pet, had he not slowed down on the way out would have hit the animal and human!
I watched when the driver left on the way out the car park, he went at least twice the speed he did when he was near the walker.
