This old person shouldn't be on the road. Driving out of Plymouth over the bridge and has no driving skill at all. Constantly hitting the brakes hard, then accelerating like they just woke up. Speeding up to stop anyone passing then slamming back on the brakes again. Swerving all over the road because they're using BOTH HANDS to gesture while leaning in and chatting to the passenger. No idea at all of what's around them. A big nasty accident waiting to happen.
