Road Tax doesn't exist mate. But what appears to exist is a prick in a car doing what you described. Thanks for the report, hopefully the police will be onto their antics.

Have suffered abuse and road rage from the male driver of this silver Mondeo myself.
I agree that he should be taken off the road to protect law abiding road users, before he kills.

Temporary lighting
Church Road, St Anne's by sea. I guess I can see the logic in what seems to be an over-reaction to some work on the sidewalk here - pedestrians guarding safely but looking further down on the same side! Some clowns are parked right on the pavement so the poor walker will need to pass it on the road - no temporary lights protecting them there !!!
