I saw this driver from the other carrage way.
It was nearly a head on collision.
Driver may have been drinking or smoking illegal substance as looked over the limit

Temporary lighting
Church Road, St Anne's by sea. I guess I can see the logic in what seems to be an over-reaction to some work on the sidewalk here - pedestrians guarding safely but looking further down on the same side! Some clowns are parked right on the pavement so the poor walker will need to pass it on the road - no temporary lights protecting them there !!!

Parks similarly to this every Saturday night and gets left over night.
Hasn't even tried to tuck in on an already tight corner.
