Rockfield Road, Monmouth. this silver Ford Fiesta pulled out in front of me today, almost pulling alongside me and narrowly missing the front end of my car. I then flashed my lights to make her aware I was behind her, but she had the nerve to put her hand up to wave! I think this female driver should pay more attention to oncoming traffic, before she causes a serious accident one day.
