Complete tool. Came speeding up to my arse end like a moron in Halford Warwickshire, then went past me at speed in a 30 (I was bang on 30 and he was going at least double my speed.
Then almost went into a cat coming the opposite direction.... What did he achieve? Stuck behind a wagon.

This car has parked right by a school crossing point risking the safety of children going to school.

This car was parked outside my Premises on the Attleborough Fields Industrial Estate (Slingsby Close).
After the had rolled and smoked their joints, they then go on to drive extremely dangerously around the estate.
These morons should be nowhere near a car!
