This idiot clearly has no understanding of how roundabouts work and thinks because he's in a big van that he can just ram people and make them get out of the way, despite them having right of way!!! Dark-haired white bloke in late 20's/30's with a threatening manner , then had the cheek to stop his vehicle on the roundabout so he could swear at me (because I dared to honk my horn at his blatantly poor driving and the fact he would've hit me had I not stopped !) causing vehicles behind to have to avoid me. People like this shouldn't be allowed on the roads!

At about 10am on 7th Feb 18 the driver was driving dangerously near Darts farm Topsham. Driving very close to me then, deciding to over take by both exits from the shopping area at Darts Farm. Very nearly causing an accident. Then the driver sped off clearly exceeding the 40mph speed limit. Presumably the car is being driven illegally having no number plate on the rear.
