One of these muppets who sits in the middle of 2 lanes 600 yards before the actual lane closure....you didnt look to happy when i took your space and left you out hanging did you? Hahahaha.
Then you have a cheek to park within my street without a permit holder pass and gave me abuse when i told you too move..
